Located in Inca, in the heart of Mallorca, this spacious 160 m² house is perfect for up to 5 guests. It features 3 bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed) and 2 bathrooms, offering comfort for families or small groups. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and air conditioning in some rooms. For families with children, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are provided. The outdoor area is a highlight: a beautiful garden and a private saltwater pool (7 x 3 m, depth 1–1.7 m), perfect for cooling off. There’s also a private open-air terrace and a covered terrace, both with mountain views, ideal for relaxing or sharing meals. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining. The house is spread over two floors. From the terrace, you enter a bright glass-enclosed living-dining room with views. Next is the traditional-style kitchen, connected to a cozy lounge with satellite TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace. There’s a laundry room, radiators, and the house runs on solar energy. Shared outdoor parking and self check-in are available. Pets and events are not allowed. Located 4.5 km from Inca, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a traditional market on Thursdays. Its central location offers easy access to the whole island. The nearest beach, Puerto de Alcúdia, is 21.7 km away (25–30 min by car). Wi-Fi has a download limit. Some services may be available for an extra charge.
